When is my reservation confirmed?

You are bound by the lease as soon as the reservation is made.

When should I pay?

When you are booking online, your payment must be made at the time of booking via our credit card service.

What if I want to cancel?

WITHOUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE

If the booking is cancelled more than 20 days before arrival, a regestration fee in 500 SEK will not be refunded. If the booking is cancelled after that, you must pay the full amount of the booking.

WITH CANCELLATION INSURANCE

If cancellation insurance is included in the accommodation agreement and you cancel before the arrival date due to acute illness supported by a doctor’s certificate, accident or death affecting you or your spouse, children, parents, siblings or common-law partner, only the cancellation insurance premium will be charged. (250 SEK)

To cancel a booking, please state the booking number, name and arrival date. You can send any supporting documents to confirm the cancellation later. The cancellation insurance premium is non-refundable.

What are my obligations?

The lease terminates apply immediately if anyone in your party is misbehaving or causes damage to any of our rental properties or in the field. If the Agreement is terminated as a result of the above cases, you must immediately vacate the rented property and owns no right to recover any part of the rental amount. You are responsible for any damage that occurs to the property and its contents caused by you or someone in your party's negligence.

You have to clean the house properly according to the cleaning instructions before departure (if you have not ordered departure cleaning). If you overlook this, we will charge you a fee of 800 SEK.

Age limit for booking

Then our campsite is a family campsite, you must be 23 years to get the book cabin or campsite with us (unless otherwise agreed with us). Identification may be required at check-in.

Other

We have a smoking ban in all our cottages.

Pets are allowed in the cabins in agreement with us. However, they may not be allowed in the beds or sofas.

The cabins are equipped for self-catering. The accommodation price does not include cleaning, bed linen or towels. It is available for rent at the facility. Not returned bedding or towels charged to the guest.
